NPIM Inc. is a non-profit, non-denominational council, committed to socio-economic, political empowerment of Nigerian Professionals in particular and African descent in general. Our vision is to enable and support ourselves towards sustainable growth, development, and prosperity. NPIM will also focus on these key initiatives:

Mrs. Titi Olude

Titi Olude graduated with a BSc in Interior Design from Maryland University, USA in 1983. She worked in-house for International Decor until she moved to Canada in 1989.

In Canada, Titi owned an African gift shop in Osborne village for nine years before moving into full-time ministry as a prayer coordinator. She is also an author and co-founded Promisedland Ministries, a registered charity in Canada and Promisedland Charitable Foundation an NGO in Nigeria.

Titi works as a Missions Director, collaborates with 36 state representatives in Nigeria, facilitates mission trips for Nigerians in the diaspora, and organizes fundraising and awareness events for their charity in Winnipeg.

Dr. Lana Adeleye-Olusae

Pastor (Dr.) Lana Adeleye-Olusae, CMC, CPHR, MBA

Lana has over 35+ years of experience in providing consulting, training and coaching services in service, information technology, manufacturing, food production, education and not-for-profit sectors.

In addition to being a Director of Human Resources, Lana is also a Delivery Consultant on the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program/Management Advisory Service administered by The Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada). Lana serves as President of Surefooting Consulting, Training & Coaching Inc. and Executive Director of Live Faith Out at Work Ministry Inc. Lana is an instructor with the PACE Program at the University of Winnipeg and RRC Polytech, Selkirk Campus.

Lana has been given opportunities to serve professional, academic, business, faith-based and cultural organizations as well as government departments in various ways. Some of these are the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Manitoba, Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Manitoba, The University of Winnipeg Board of Regents, Bamidele Olomilua University of Education, Science & Technology, Manitoba Chambers of Commerce’s Workforce Development Committee, People of African Heritage Business Council, Live Faith Out at Work Ministry Inc., African Communities of Manitoba Inc. (ACOMI), Nigerian Association of Manitoba Inc. (NAMI), Nigerian Professionals in Manitoba (NPIM), Ekiti Kete in Manitoba, Manitoba Arts Council, Immigration Advisory Council and Advisory Council on Economic Immigration and Settlement.

Emmanuel Oluwadare

Emmanuel Oluwadare is an accomplished professional and social entrepreneur. His greatest passion is to serve and inspire people to discover and maximize their potentials.

Oluwadare previously worked as CFO of a publicly quoted insurance company where he uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage and develop other professionals.
As a researcher, his research interest is on Relevance of Culture to the Effectiveness of Public Financial Accountability.
His educational and professional background includes Msc. Corporate Governance & Finance and PhD Accounting & Finance from Leeds Becket University, United Kingdom. Oluwadare also qualified as a chartered accountant and chartered stockbroker.
Oluwadare is a member of Winnipeg Public Library Board.
He serves as a pastor at The Light Church of God.

Abiodun Oke

Abiodun Oke is a coach, a mentor, an instructor, and a supply chain management consultant. He is very passionate about continuous improvement in professional development and business processes in the procurement, supply chain, and project management functions. He is the founder of the Cerial Projects Services and the creator of the SupplyJobs Canada Network, a platform for mentoring and coaching foreign-trained supply chain professionals in Canada, assisting colleagues and budding professionals to get back into the supply chain management career since 2015.

Abiodun Oke obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. After 2 years of job search, a temporary practice in academics, and as a freelance computer technician/instructor, he got a job opportunity as a contracts officer in oil and gas logistics operations at the Shell Petroleum Development, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

In Canada, Abiodun Oke has counseled and mentored hundreds of foreign-trained supply chain professionals from different parts of the world, assisting them with resources that nurtured their career growth and professional development, he currently assists with job search challenges in Canada as a volunteer executive with the Nigeria professionals in Manitoba. He currently works as a Logistics & Supply Chain Instructor at the Red River College and as an Entrepreneur, he consults on Supply Chain transformation projects through Cerial Projects Services Inc.
