President

Rotimi Fadipe

He has 30+ years robust professional experience in the Real Estate Finance, Accounting & Tax Administration; Treasury and Financial Advisory services, Audit & Internal Control, Supply Chain and Project Development & Management.

He retired as an Executive Director, Supply Chain of a publicly quoted company in Nigeria before he relocated to Canada.

He is a member of The Canada Real Estate Association, Manitoba Real Estate Association, Licensed practitioner with The Insurance Council of Manitoba. He currently practice as a REALTOR with Royal Lepage and Financial Advisor with World Financial Group. He is also a director with Laundry World a cleaning outfit in Winnipeg.
Rotimi is also a coach, mentor, and public speaker, available to guide and help individuals build progressive career and lasting wealth. He is the lead pastor of Mapleleaf Foursquare Gospel Church in Winnipeg and married with four wonderful children.

Yemisi Adetunmbi

Yemisi Adetunmbi has vast experience in banking operations, financial services, digital payments, and audit with a career spanning over 2 decades.

She has worked in the financial service sector, the retail sector, and the public sector.

She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) , United Kingdom, and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

She is passionate about serving and contributing to community development.

Public Relations Officer

Joseph Edogbeni

Joseph Edogbeni – Public Relations Officer

Joseph has been a savvy businessperson for more than 20 years before he moved to Canada in 2015. He came to Canada through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Business and established HEYRU in September of 2016.

HEYRU is a commerce company that offers both services and products; based on Joe’s expertise in logistics and advocacy of natural health food products from Africa.


He has a Freight Consultant certification and is a professional member of the World Cargo Alliance.

His business philosophy is that every challenge creates opportunities. He applies this mindset in a practical way that a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.

Financial Secretary

Samson Omotosho

Samson is a finance professional, having membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, CPA Canada and the CFA institute. He has extensive years of experience in Banking and finance with core competencies in Investment analysis, portfolio management and Risk Management. He currently works with the investment division of a multinational insurance company in Canada. His  passion is to see young professional around him succeed. 

Public Relations Officer-Elect

Tolulope Adebayo

Tolulope Adebayo is a marketing communications professional with extensive experience in brand strategy, copywriting, and brand identity development. She has a remarkable track record of over 18 years in the marketing communications industry, where she has worked on a wide range of local and global brands spanning various sectors of the economy.

Her educational background includes a Master of International Law & Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Additionally, Tolulope holds a Diploma in Advertising from the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK).

Tolulope’s passion for branding and entrepreneurship extends beyond her professional career. She actively engages with black entrepreneurs through her social media platforms, where she serves as a mentor and showcases startup brands. She provides valuable resources and strategies to assist these entrepreneurs in achieving success. Additionally, she contributes to the growth of Nigerian-owned businesses in Canada, through her WhatsApp & Telegram platforms –NaijaBusiness Hub that foster networking and growth opportunities for these businesses.

Olajide Usman

Olajide Usman boasts a remarkable career spanning over 20 years in the dynamic realm of Information Technology (IT). His expertise spans a broad spectrum of IT services, including Systems Administration, Network Management, Software Development, and Cybersecurity.

Prior to his journey in Canada, he held pivotal roles in prestigious organizations, where he made substantial contributions to enhancing IT infrastructure and security. His tenure as a Systems Architect at a leading multinational corporation was particularly notable.

Currently, Olajide is engaged in the IT sector as a highly-regarded professional, working with dedication and passion to empower individuals and businesses through technology. He is deeply committed to his career and the growth of those he serves.

Beyond his professional roles, Olajide is a dedicated mentor, coach, and a captivating public speaker. His wisdom and experience make him an invaluable resource for those looking to embark on a rewarding IT career or seeking guidance on technology-related matters. In his personal life, he is a loving family man, happily married with two wonderful children.

With a remarkable 18-year track record in leadership and HR expertise, Seyi has navigated diverse industries within both the public and private sectors. Her global experience has given her a unique perspective on leveraging established and emerging practices to enhance organizational people, culture, and strategies.

Seyi’s approach to client and candidate relationships is consultative and holistic, as she deeply comprehends the needs and motivations of all parties involved, ensuring success for everyone.

Her methodical and strategic mindset empowers her to devise efficient, effective solutions. Seyi’s unwavering enthusiasm for making a positive impact has driven her to create the Women Empowerment Initiative, a community program. In collaboration with a dedicated team, she mentors, coaches, and empowers women, fostering their growth and supporting the establishment of small and medium enterprises.

Chimdinma Chijioke

Chimdinma graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts and currently works in one of the largest multinational companies in Canada. She was a past president of Nigerian students in the University of Manitoba.

She is a young professional who values giving back to the community through volunteering and mentoring youths.

Abiodun Oke

Abiodun Oke is a coach, a mentor, an instructor, and a supply chain management consultant. He is very passionate about continuous improvement in professional development and business processes in the procurement, supply chain, and project management functions. He is the founder of the Cerial Projects Services and the creator of the SupplyJobs Canada Network, a platform for mentoring and coaching foreign-trained supply chain professionals in Canada, assisting colleagues and budding professionals to get back into the supply chain management career since 2015.

Abiodun Oke obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. After 2 years of job search, a temporary practice in academics, and as a freelance computer technician/instructor, he got a job opportunity as a contracts officer in oil and gas logistics operations at the Shell Petroleum Development, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

In Canada, Abiodun Oke has counseled and mentored hundreds of foreign-trained supply chain professionals from different parts of the world, assisting them with resources that nurtured their career growth and professional development, he currently assists with job search challenges in Canada as a volunteer executive with the Nigeria professionals in Manitoba. He currently works as a Logistics & Supply Chain Instructor at the Red River College and as an Entrepreneur, he consults on Supply Chain transformation projects through Cerial Projects Services Inc.
