NPIM Inc. is a non-profit, non-denominational council, committed to socio-economic, political empowerment of Nigerian Professionals in particular and African descent in general. Our vision is to enable and support ourselves towards sustainable growth, development, and prosperity. NPIM will also focus on these key initiatives:

Abiodun Oke is a coach, a mentor, an instructor, and a supply chain management consultant. He is very passionate about continuous improvement in professional development and business processes in the procurement, supply chain, and project management functions. He is the founder of the Cerial Projects Services and the creator of the SupplyJobs Canada Network, a platform for mentoring and coaching foreign-trained supply chain professionals in Canada, assisting colleagues and budding professionals to get back into the supply chain management career since 2015.
Abiodun Oke obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. After 2 years of job search, a temporary practice in academics, and as a freelance computer technician/instructor, he got a job opportunity as a contracts officer in oil and gas logistics operations at the Shell Petroleum Development, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
In Canada, Abiodun Oke has counseled and mentored hundreds of foreign-trained supply chain professionals from different parts of the world, assisting them with resources that nurtured their career growth and professional development, he currently assists with job search challenges in Canada as a volunteer executive with the Nigeria professionals in Manitoba. He currently works as a Logistics & Supply Chain Instructor at the Red River College and as an Entrepreneur, he consults on Supply Chain transformation projects through Cerial Projects Services Inc.
Gbolahan Oduntan is an Insurance Underwriter with Canada Life.
He hold a Business Analyst Certificate from Red River College with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Plymouth University, United Kingdom.
He is the Executive Director of STO Global Concept Inc, a Not for profit community based organization situated in Manitoba, Canada.
He is blessed with humble family and passionate about service to humanity.
Toyin Bankole is a compliance officer with government of Canada. Previously she worked in banking sector both in Nigeria and Canada. She has vast financial experience .
Treasurer/Financial Secretary Elect
Yemisi Adetunmbi has vast experience in Banking and financial services with a career spanning over 2 decades. She is a member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom). She works with the Government of Canada. She is passionate about serving and contributing to community development.
He has 30+ years robust professional experience in the Real Estate Finance, Accounting & Tax Administration; Treasury and Financial Advisory services, Audit & Internal Control, Supply Chain and Project Development & Management.
He retired as an Executive Director, Supply Chain of a publicly quoted company in Nigeria before he relocated to Canada.
He is a member of The Canada Real Estate Association, Manitoba Real Estate Association, Licensed practitioner with The Insurance Council of Manitoba. He currently practice as a REALTOR with Royal Lepage Alliance and Financial Advisor with World Financial Group.
Rotimi is also a coach, mentor, and public speaker, available to guide and help individuals build progressive career and lasting wealth. He is married with four wonderful children.

Emmanuel Oluwadare is an accomplished professional and social entrepreneur. His greatest passion is to serve and inspire people to discover and maximize their potentials.
Oluwadare previously worked as CFO of a publicly quoted insurance company where he uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage and develop other professionals.
As a researcher, his research interest is on Relevance of Culture to the Effectiveness of Public Financial Accountability.
His educational and professional background includes Msc. Corporate Governance & Finance and PhD Accounting & Finance from Leeds Becket University, United Kingdom. Oluwadare also qualified as a chartered accountant and chartered stockbroker.
Oluwadare is a member of Winnipeg Public Library Board.
He serves as a pastor at The Light Church of God.
